Room is fine, but not...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, room was spacious enough, room was clean, breakfast was good, close to lots of places in San Francisco.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel after a 16 hours drive. We had lots of luggage but nobody came to greet us, nobody helped us with our luggage. The man just stood there at the counter watching. When we left, I had to ask for help with our luggage (we are a family of four with 2 small kids). The guy had to to think for a second and then decided to help.Parking is very hard to find. They have a parking garage that is NOT very close to the hotel (you have to walk up some big hills to get back to the hotel). And you have to pay for it?!

Disliked: there was a horrible smell in the room I don’t know if it was from the pipes or what but it was not good…The location is good, it has to be known that it’s the commercial zone, there is a lot of movement and transportation is easy from there but there are homeless and maybe in some situations you don’t feel safe, but if you go carefully it’s ok

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The wifi doesn’t work at all. The breakfast needs more variety. The parking is very expensive.
