Liked: Location was very good. I didn't see a breakfast. Staff was helpful. The window provided air in good weather.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, hair on the floor. The bed seemed more box spring than mattress. The overall room could use an upgrade, but it was OK for my needs

Location is ideal, stay was...

Liked: Liked how close it was to the place of work. Staff were very kind!
Disliked: Definitely not what we were expecting for Pompano Beach area...bathrooms were dingy, TV didn't work in one of the rooms, room leaking from the rain in another. Issues with power the whole time due to weather so it would just cut out randomly.

Pleasant stay despite unpleasant staff...

Liked: Loved location, affordability and cleanliness
Disliked: The only downfall with property is a particular staff member. There was a Caucasian male on the A.M. staff that was hostile and rude upon attempting to extend stay. Room was booked online and paid for but staff member insisted checking out until check in at 3pm for a room I was already occupying. I was allowed to leave my belongings while I ran errands and returned to see that said staff member had entered my room to “leave towels” that I did not request nor did he remove the dirty towels left near door. This was after being told it would be safe to leave my things and there room would be untouched by staff. He plundered near bedside table (there were wet boot prints to confirm) Luckily all valuables had been on my person. When incident was reported to staff, he seemed infuriated of me mentioning it and stated he would quite up a report which I later found out was never done. During check in for extension he spat obscenities and racial slur with no correction from older staff member present. AVOID INTERACTIONS WITH HIM IF POSSIBLE

It was ok

Liked: The location, and when you went out to the pool area, there were grills, and the view was very beautiful in the pool was very clean.
Disliked: We did not like the room it smelled. It had red stains on the walls in the bathroom would appear to be blood the blankets with that they had on the beds had burn holes in them. The mattresses were thin and very uncomfortable. The AC worked, hardly at all the room just look like a very cheap ran down motel room.
