Disliked: Staff at reception is not helpful and somehow rude, specially a guy by the name D'Neyro. I had requested a double-bed (king size) when I did the reservation; when I arrived this person told me they were full and they could only give me two single beds. When I asked about the rate difference, he was rude and told me that that was information he could not give me and asked me to talk to Expedia, which didn't make sense as I did the reservation in booking.

Liked: The rooms are spacious, the view is amazing and both restaurants are excellent
Disliked: This is the third stay in the same type of room (one bedroom apartment) in 6 weeks. We were hoping that the third time the rooms would be cleaner but they were not. Dusty floor, not particularly clean bathrooms (I wouldn’t use the tub given its low level of cleanliness). For $700 a night I would have expected more

Great experience, excellent staff and...

Liked: Great pool area! Easy to get chairs and bask all day. Pool staff was courteous and attentive. Absolutely loved dining at Zuma, I had a bar seat and the staff (Jose, Matteo and Alejandro) were friendly and went above and beyond to make a solo traveler feel like a princess! Would absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: When I requested my room be made up I was surprised the towel that I had used as a bath mat was not replaced, but I didn’t complain as it was my last day anyway.

Good - will be back.
