Liked: The room was fantastic. Kids loved the pool.
Disliked: My only complaint was how far our room was. I have arthritis and it's hard to walk that far but I didn't ask for a specific room so my fault.

Disliked: Definitely not a four star hotel. Too old and dirty . The lobby is the only better kept place. As you walk off the elevator you are greeted by a dirty stained set of chairs that match the dirty stained carpet. In the room the sofas where so old and stained they had material hanging at bottom. We felt dirty placing our bags on them. The bed, smelled of dirty man hair, specially the pillows. We asked to be moved and the second place was cleaner, but same feeling. I wish I would have taken good pictures to show. We were told that what happens is that booking gets the worst rooms, but we have stayed in four star hotels before, this is definitely not a four star hotel.

A good value for a...

Liked: Good, central location. Had good amenities (pool, fitness room, hot tub, etc). And parking was ample.
Disliked: The room had a number of things that needed to be repaired or updated. Bathroom light fixture that didn’t work, the light switch configuration in the entire room was confusing and didn’t always work, the carpet felt worn, there were lots of small areas where paint, caulk, etc. was peeling or damaged. There was also some kind of dried sticky liquid that had been spilled on the desk area that wasn’t cleaned up, and it was a considerably large spill too.

Nice staff but the hotel...

Liked: I traveled with my adult daughter who is very ill. The hotel was just across the street from a medical clinic where she saw doctors. so the location was convenient to the clinic but not convenient to other places of interest.
Disliked: The hotel is due for a complete refurbishment. Our room had a couch that was completely broken — sitting on it was impossible — you sank to the floor. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that ALL the rooms had broken couches. It was important for my daughter to have a comfortable place to relax. I contacted Hilton Customer Service on the phone and that must have prompted the hotel manager to find us another room with a fairly decent couch. Also, the clinic told us that the hotel offered a 20% discount for patients at the clinic. However, I got a better rate by going through Booking.com. The hotel pool and hot tub were dirty, however the rest of the hotel seemed fairly clean and the staff was pleasant. The food was average at breakfast.
