Liked: The second room we were in for our one night stay was nice. It was recently renovated.
Disliked: The first room they put us in had not been renovated. The AC did not work and the hot water did not work. The indoor pool was closed due to construction and no one told us previous to arriving. The indoor pool was the only reason I booked the room there.

Liked: We liked the location of the hotel. We love Embassy Suites. We loved the atriam part of the hotel.
Disliked: The room was very old and dated. We had to pay for parking. The breakfast was cold and not good. The coffee machin in the room was disgusting. The beds were small and very uncomfortable. The t.v. was old and fuzzy. The ice machines were not working. We chose this hotel mostly for the indoor poor and it was closed for maintenance (we did not find this out until after the cancelation period was up). We stay at Embassy Suites hotel often and this was the worst one we have encountered.

Liked: We arrived at 9:30 at night and our room still had to be cleaned. The room has been remodeled. Door handles were loose. Toilet seat was loose. Asked for extra blanket and it was old, thin, and rough sand paper. Pool was being repaired. At 8 am breakfast was out of fruit.
