Great stay for short stays

Liked: The location was great. Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Our bathroom was in need of help. The tub was peeling, wall paper was peeling, the toilet handle had not been previously fixed properly. And some of the elevators were out of order.

Probably would not stay in...

Liked: The staff were very friendly. Especially the people working at the valet booth.
Disliked: Rooms were very old & need to be renovated. Elevators were slow or broken, ice machines all broken except for one. They should leave the soda fountain open to use all day, not just during breakfast hours.

Disliked: The location. Lack of cleanliness. You cannot adjust the temperature in your room.

Disliked: We didnt sleep the first night. We woke up scratching from sleeping on their bed. The room may have been infested with bedbugs. Also There were food left on the floor form Previous occupants, carpet was very dusty and was obviously not vacuumed at all.

Ok for a last minute...

Liked: Easy location to find. Somewhat clean, but needs some TLC/cleaning and repair. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Quiet despite being fully booked for the weekend.
Disliked: The gate for the front parking lot didnt work, although I paid for overnight parking, I still had to pay to exit the premises. Mobile key never worked despite constant communication with the front desk. Room had a variety of misses in upkeep and random cleanliness. There were holes in the wall, looked like it was a maintenance issue.

Disliked: Sofa beds are old and worn out, and limited ice machines available.

Disliked: It was really cold with my children no heat/heaters as promoted
