Liked: Location is easy to access. Breakfast is well executed. Use of the Hilton app makes check in easy as does the electronic key. I liked being able to message the staff when I had a couple questions. Response was very quick.
Disliked: The $20 daily parking fee was quite a scam. There are automatic gates at the property but they are not metered or monitored. The parking and access is not secure and I’m unsure what I was actually paying for. The sofa bed mattress was one of the worst I have seen. My son tolerated it but it could have been much better. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated, which would have been nice.

Perfect Pillow and a Warm...

Liked: Bed was so comfortable and the pillow was perfect! I found the location was ideal and attended a fabulous seminar in your comfortable meeting rooms. Those chairs were very comfortable as well. Your reception staff, parking lot security and bartender were absolutely a wonderful, warm and welcoming front line. So appreciated! I love the water features!
Disliked: There’s nothing!

This hotel has my recommendation!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, no issues with other guests, location is great, really hot water for relaxing showers.
Disliked: The pool was the coldest pool I've ever swam in, no paper towels in our room, had to pay for parking, TV had very few channels, no fan/ventilation in bathroom.

Liked: Nice view, good-sized rooms, good breakfast, good quality amenities, friendly staff, drink tickets.
Disliked: The parking fee was unexpected, no vending machines, flavored coffee creamer would be a plus, I was under the impression that Easter eggs would be hidden throughout the hotel a couple times during breakfast hours. There were some out at 7am when I went downstairs but were all gone by 8:30, so my son was a little disappointed. It would be amazing if checkout was at least 12 or 1. A side note, our shower would drain extremely slowly, preventing us from showering.

Disliked: I didn’t know you had to ask for a room clean, but then when I called they gave us fresh towels, coffee etc

Liked: Bed was very comfy. Suite was quite large.
Disliked: When I checked in I asked if a luggage cart could be brought up to my room in the morning and was told that would be fine. Bu t when I called the front desk in the morning I could only get an interactive recording, and when I asked to have a luggage cart sent to my room, I was told they were available in the lobby. Just a small thing, but definitely an inconvenience on a tight schedule.
