Liked: I loved everything about this hotel other than all the bad looks from all the folks there. I'm not the one to say this but I've never been looked down on quite as much as I did there. Yes it happened to me for the first time in DFW area. It was the white folks. And I hate saying that because I love all people but they weren't loving the fact that I was staying there. Just about all the white guests were giving me and my little family bad looks. We felt uncomfortable when we went for the complementary drinks and appetizers they all were staring at us like what are you doing here. They made us feel so low and uncomfortable that we were only there for 15 mins. The energy felt so off that we just left. Love the whole hotel, and the staff was amazing. Just never been in an environment where people make you feel like you're not supposed to be there. And it freaked us out a bit. I was there with my wife and 4 kids. We were dressed properly and we are very nice and were very nice to everyone there regardless of the bad looks. But everything else was excellent. Very clean and beautiful hotel.

I love the reception idea...

Liked: I love the reception idea in the evening. The breakfast made to order was a great touch. They allowed early check in for us which was really nice since we were weary from our travels. NIKKO and JOEL are definitely memorable to our stay. They went above and beyond, getting us extra linen, helpful, and ensuring we were comfortable. Nikko helped us retrieve a lost item and that means the world to us.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Disliked: The pool was small, crowded and had no ventilation at all. The chlorine made our eyes burn the minute we walked in.
