Disliked: The spa wasn’t heated enough and pool was have way filled couldn’t enjoy the pool

Liked: The hot breakfast was better than most hotels that offer a continental breakfast . convenient location, we had a super late flight arrival and was able to reach the front desk to advise them that we were delayed
Disliked: The room is a bit dated and rooms could use a refresh; the tub surface was worn that it looked dirty (room 220)

A business hotel without frills...

Liked: The Happy Hour in the lobby nightly was nice and offered a chance to meet and talk with other guests. The snacks available were good and things seemed clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of items. The business center room with PC's and printer was great and never crowded.
Disliked: The hotel is very DARK, especially the rooms. We didn't have bright enough lights and one lamp in the living room was out of a bulb. By day 2 of 5 days we did get that replaced. This is a premier Hilton hotel chain and it needs remodeling to bring it up to modern times. There just isn't enough light inside and the condition and furnishings seems old. This year they started allowing dogs/pets to stay in the rooms. That's unfortunate for customers who do not like to sleep in a bed that a dog has slept in.
