Took my girls to the 1-D concert! The hotel had all the amenities needed for us moms. They even offered a shuttle service, so we never had to leave the hotel. Would go back there in a heartbeat!

The only complaint I would have is the hotel would not honor my AARP membership for a room discount because I booked online instead of calling directly to the hotel itself. That was a little disappointing. I'll call next time, even though it was easy to book online. Maybe that's something that could be corrected. Thanks!

Wonderful room, very good service. Loud music was coming from next door at 12am but the hotel staff was apologetic and quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again!

Liked: The stay was a great location. I always enjoy the spa. The room was clean and fresh smelling and very bright! The kids had a GREAT time swimming in the afternoons at the indoor pool. The staff is clearly stressed, but doing the best they can an helping one guest at a time. I appreciate everything they do! From bringing extra towels and hand clothes for my crew to showing me where the extra blanket was (already in my room!...LOL). I have visited this location several times and will continue to come back!
Disliked: I have noticed some quality issues since beginning to travel again after COVID. I realize that staffing is short and finding competent, qualified people to do important work such as upkeeping a hotel is difficult. I would say it is more than a structural quality problem. Walking into the hotel, I can feel the shift in atmosphere and happiness of the staff from even a year ago! Employees don't seem happy to be there right now and it makes me wonder what is going on in the background. Another thing that has changed is that parking at the hotel now costs $8/night. This is something that used to be included in the stay. This will make me re-think staying in the future, but I will continue to visit the spa. We also did not have a great experience with the food at breakfast or restaurant in-house. Everything was very bland and, unless you got a fresh-made omelette - cold. Maybe it was just a bad, short staffed kind of weekend, but my last couple of stays, it seems like they are just going through the motions there.

Disliked: Front desk staff was extremely rude.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great for the visit.
Disliked: The pull out sofa bed had a very dirty, stained, and worn out mattress. Half of the wall switches for lights didn't work. The controllers for the TVs barley worked.

Breakfast was good but kids...

Liked: I liked the breakfast but I wish kid’s weren’t serving themselves because they were kind of unsanitary.
Disliked: I wish the pool was clean that was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. Lots of attention to detail in presentation. The pillows and bed were super comfortable. Overall was much nicer than I expected. Grand lobby with atrium was amazing.Complementary happy hour drinks were nice bonus!
Disliked: Check in staff couldve been a little more friendly, but she was professional.
