Liked: My family and I stayed here for a night, and we loved the omelet bar and breakfast. We missed the timing for the free drink, and the bartender wouldn't let us use our coupon, but it would have been a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the size of the room. The water pressure was great. It was a quiet night, and we all slept well.
Disliked: The room was definitely not stocked for a family of four. We had two washcloths and two big towels. The bodywash was also enough for one person. It was empty. Since we stayed one night, we just used the hand soap bar for the rest of our showers. The pool and hot tub were packed. We still went down, but there were a lot of people. The room took forever to get cool. It didn't seem like the thermostat was working properly.

Liked: The breakfast here is amazing! They even have an omelet bar. We also ordered room service, and that was exceptional as well. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: We were unable to use the pool at all or jacuzzi and that's what we came most for. It was so crowded and REALLY dirty water.

So-so stay

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: Very noisy group in the hotel. Front desk staff refused to address a large group of middle school kids that were running the halls and very noisy until 3am.

Beautiful hotel and good stay

Liked: We've stayed here several times and it has always been clean, comfortable and staff friendly. I especially like the welcome reception and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen.
Disliked: This visit there were noisy teenage parties and numerous rowdy kids taking over the pool area. Could not enjoy the pool or jacuzzi with the amount of kids and noise.
