Liked: Weve stayed at this hotel previously during the times of the Boston Marathon. We love the location and its close proximity to the MTBA. We also love the breakfast in the morning and the happy hour in the evening. This is the best hotel in Boston.
Disliked: During this stay, the hotel lacked planning for what the runners eat prior to the marathon. Twice they ran out of oatmeal and bananas which marathon runners tend to eat prior to a big race. Otherwise everything else was great.

Good option for a close...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the personal friendly. The room was very comfortable and quite.
Disliked: I don't have any major complains. The experience was good.

Liked: They staff really helped when we lost a bag, but other than that, it was okay.

No shuttle and hotel refurbishment...

Liked: Conveniently located near the airport.
Disliked: The hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment - they should let you know so that you can make an informed decision about where to stay. We waited half an hour at the airport for the shuttle and then gave up and took a taxi to the hotel. Only one elevator working in the morning and so waited an age to get to and from room.
