This hotel was probably exceptional...

Liked: The location is fantastic for walking to the historic downtown. The hot breakfast was good but the breakfast staff were exceptional, The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great.
Disliked: The carpet in our room was stained and failing. The cushions on the couch were also stained.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The (guy)chef cooking the omelets was rude af. He shouldn’t be dealing with the public.

Liked: There was one staff member that was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The Hotel needs a full renovation. My room was large, but everything was extremely old. The carpet was very stained.

Disliked: The morning breakfast was a bad experience. The hotel needs a full renovation. My room was big, but everything in it was extremely old. The carpet had more stains than anything I've ever seen before. The only thing it was convenient to, was the convention center next door. Everything else is driving distance.

Disliked: The AC wasn’t very good. And the room refrigerator didn’t work. The website also said there was a restaurant on site, but not really. It’s a bar where you can order food that comes in from an outside source.
