Liked: The view. it is all about view! The room was comfortable and spacious. Loved the massage chair! Lobby stuff was welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast is too simple and repetitive, also overcrowded. Parking is very expensive (70$ per night on site, 35$ off site and you need take a shuttle to the hotel). Hotel shop charges double tax.

Liked: The view and the breakfast are good. But they charge extremely high rates and don't provide drinking water in their room service. It's a shame if we need water, we must spend another $10 for a bottle of water.
Disliked: They didn't provide water bottles in the room, and they said I needed to pay for the water. No room service every day.

Disliked: The bathroom door didn’t lock and the wait for the elevators.Also requesting being around 10th floor and being put on 37th floor. Also the bedroom was hot, even with the ac on.

Great views of the Falls

Liked: The view from the room over the Falls was brilliant.You can get the same/similar views from the breakfast room/restaurant.All the staff were friendly.The room was clean and well laid out.
Disliked: We did a bit trapped into expensive hotel parking. There were lots of staff placed outside the hotel who could be better employed making it easier to use the cheaper off-site car parking. We got to the hotel very late and even though we were assured the onsite TGI was still open, they had decided to close it basically as we walked in, (there were still customers as the bar). This meant we had to walk 15 minutes to the all night food court by the nearby casino.

Liked: We got an amazing room, very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and professional. My relatives are visiting from abroad and they got a great impression of how Canadians are kind and friendly. Thank you for helping me make they feel welcome to the country.
