Disappointing

Liked: The room is ok, clean, and the bed is comfortable.
Disliked: Overpriced. Pool is incredibly small. The bar inside the hotel has the rudest male bartender. Hes a bald tall guy. He hides information. Makes us feel uncomfortable. Doesnt give us options. Absolutely a kill joy for someone who works in a resort. God forbid you get judged to have their free breakfast. That is the equivalent of a military breakfast. The menu at the pool restaurant/ bar is bare minimum and never changes. Also, the workers there are rude and will blatantly ignore you. You have to pay $15 for an umbrella to not get scorched by the sun when people from other hotels are just claiming an umbrella at 5am while we have to pay for it. Its a scam. We came here for our honeymoon and was incredibly disappointed. We wouldnt recommend this place unless you want to spend lots of money and be irritated. Everything in the pics look great but its very unprofessional and overpriced. Theres only 3 restaurants by the hotel that are crazy expensive that isnt even local Puerto Rican food. If you want to get other food outside the area, you have to get a $20 Uber or taxi or just not go because Uber refuses to pick up from the embassy since its a super short ride by a 38 min walk. If you want to explore San Juan or anything, theres no easy transport . The hotel doesnt provide / offer anything. No shuttle. Nothing. Get ready to spend over $100 one way. The small store inside the hotel isnt open when it should be. They close it at random / odd hours .
