The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

Huge room and great location

Liked: The room was huge which for a 4 night trip was really nice. The fridge had a small freezer section that worked wonderfully and the bar had a sperate little sink. The blinds were great and kept the room nice and dark. The bathroom is massive with a tub you could swim in. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby but the hotel breakfast looked amazing if you just wanted to stay in. The pool is short but a simple rectangle that never had kids in it so we were able to swim "laps". The gym was large and had sufficient weights and machines to get in a solid workout. You can easily do your cardio outside the hotel as out back is a lovely neighborhood where I felt totally safe running solo.
Disliked: The bar and restaurant is completely sperate from the hotel so you don't have the ease of ordering and billing to your room. Not a big deal at all but I've never run into that before.

Liked: Room had a great view of the city. Onsite restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Replaced towels daily, which we really didn't need, but one day, we didn't get a replacement and had to go ask for one.

Disliked: We were put into a room with a broken toilet that u can hear water running the entire night. Went to front dedk to report, the woman at desk said she would have matainence come fix which never happened. Rude blatant housekeeper who refused to give my daughter towels after the toilet flooded the bathroom in the room. Woman at front desk was very rude/unfriendly.
