We loved staying at Embassy Suites! It was our first time staying in an Embassy Suites but it won't be our last. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. We'll be looking for an Embassy Suites from now on when we travel.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. It was very busy as expected(Prom season, family reunions, ect) but they handled everything very well.
Disliked: The security officer could have spoken to the visitors and residents a little better when directing traffic. I also had an awareness in my room that I discussed to the front desk representative that I wish not to share publicly.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: The place was filthy. Our room was nasty bed had blood stains the pull out bed had mold. Absolutely disgusting and not worth $236 for one night. The beds were so uncomfortable.

Disliked: The front desk did not bring up the extra pillows we asked for. my husband had a cold and couldn’t sleep laying flat on the bed. We asked the front desk for extra pillows and they said they would bring some up but never did.
