Bellhop was rude when we checked out; clock had incorrect time; air condition was either too hot or way too cold; TV remote required multiple entries to accomplish the simplest of changes; when we complained, when checking out, the desk clerk tried to blame the short comings on Covid - how does a virus screw up the toilet, or leave cigarette butts in a room? Other hotels didn't have these personnel problems, so that excuse was road apples. I was offended that the desk clerk thought I was that stupid to actually believe her. In August my wife and I intend to go see another concert in Shreveport, but you can take to the bank we'll not stay at Bally's.

Disliked: No valet; had trouble getting a bellhop to check in; toilet worked poorly; cigarette butts in room; refused to help me get Uber, lift or cab; carpet was thread bare.

Liked: Only one elevator worked our entire visit. The 2 lamps in room didn’t work. We called front desk to report it and no one came to repair or replace.

Very tired old hotel

Liked: Room was clean but needed updating.
Disliked: All 4 elevators were out of service, apparently only work occasionally. We ended up using the stairs which was extremely inconvenient. The area around the hotel has so much garbage lying around. Very sad the city doesn’t clean up the area.
