Will recommend if you just...

Liked: The location was great for visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The price was reasonable in comparison to alternative options. The check in process was easy. The staff were friendly. The room was decently clean and comfortable for the price we pay for.
Disliked: The room smelled heavily of air freshener when we entered. Some small bugs were crawling near the drain of the bathroom shower. A big weird bug, half crushed, appeared under my luggage the morning we left. Nothing out of the ordinary that happened, and anything we didn't like is consistent with the price we pay.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Very clean and well appointed room, with full kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cute little eating area). Liked the big bed, and the usb ports in the sockets were handy. The garden was very well maintained. Didn’t get a chance to use it but the pool also looked nice.
Disliked: Nothing. It was very nice. There were a couple of food places in walking distance and It was a short drive to a range of eating options.
