I called ahead to confirm that the # of 4 people rather than two would not be a problem. I was put on hold 2 times to answer that question about 15 minutes timeframe. When I got there even w/ the confirmation in hand of payment my check in was about 30 minutes while they had to verify with priceline and I was moved back between two clerks as one didn't seem to know what to do to confirm, and she had problems with the customer before me. When I was transferred back to the more knowledgeble of the two she called to confirm that payment was made at my insistance, and never told me the outcome of the conversation with priceline till I asked when she wanted me to sign for any damages to my room.

Pros: The location to our plans for the weekend. Beds and bathroom were clean.

Cons: Ceiling had a crack like there had been a leak from the bathroom above us, and mold on the crack.. ck in took nearly 1/2 hour + while they confirmed payment I had my confirmation from the internet with me.

Room was clean and nice. Clerk who checked us in wouldn't give me a king size bed which I had confirmation on. My friend also booked a king size bed and was also put into a queen bedroom. Hotel did not have a hot tub/sauna as described in their ad. They did not have a free breakfast which they advertised for on some rooms.

Pros: Close to activities.

Cons: Did not get the size bed we were promised. Should have told us they didn't have one and I would have gone elsewhere.
