Disliked: Homeless people loitering, dirty, stinky, dirty washcloth left in shower, people knocking on doors all night including mine.

Liked: Good location, good rate for the area, which also set expectations.
Disliked: On checking out, staff not available at 10 AM. Room 402 sink faucet needs adjustment. Room lacked closet or space for garments on hangers.
