Don't waste your money - we had to go back 3 times to get keys reset; the keys didn't work on 2 rooms; was offered a room with bugs in the bed and all around filthy. Third room was acceptable, but still not clean - they don't wash the linens well. Will never go there again!

Disliked: Filthy; bugs, keys didn't work.

Liked: Clean neat near downtown
Disliked: Roof keep wake up for repair

What you should expect for...

Liked: The location is great! Our event was at the Hilton and this is such an easy walk. We generally don't spend a ton of time in the room, so this is great.
Disliked: The bathtub was a bit dirty...not filthy, but I wouldn't take soak in the tub unless I cleaned it myself. There were stray hairs around the tub before we entered the bathroom. The microwave was also dirty and the plate inside wasn't the plate that went with the microwave, so it didn't actually spin. The people next to us listened to some really loud music, but it was turned down by 9:00 p.m.

Liked: Rooms were as expected for the price. Basic, clean, but smelled of mildew.
Disliked: Had to pay additional $20 (cash only) for room and the guy put it straight in his pocket -no receipt -asked to pay $50 deposit due to missing plastic ice bucket. Again cash, no receipt and I returned it when I noticed it got packed accidentally.Scammed!

Liked: Good central location for a great price. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Some issues did come up, in regards to the maintenance work that was being done on each rooms's annual air-onditioning and the amount noise and inconveniences it caused.
