Reasonable price but wouldn’t recommend...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Stayed 2 days. Had to get our own towels and coffee for second day because there wasn’t maid service. No blankets on the beds

Nostalgic facility that needs updating.

Liked: It was conveniently located in Spencer. Nostalgic building and locally-owned.
Disliked: The exterior of the building needs updated and exterior doors need new weatherstripping. Advertised having a breakfast but that is no longer provided. It snowed and the sidewalk was not cleaned off.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Convenient location with a great breakfast restaurant and the top restaurant in town for dinner within steps of this motel.
Disliked: Stairs need rebuilt. Our second night the adjoining room had the alarm clock come on at 4:00am and finally turned off 15 minutes later. My wife brought this to the attention of the owner’s wife when we checked out that morning and she just shrugged it off.
