Dirty rooms, sketchy but staff...

Liked: Staff was great, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, they need a better cleaning crew, new beds and furniture, and better lighting and security. It looks sketchy and dingy, and the furniture is old, moldy, and dirty. I had 2 rooms, and they were both disgusting.

Liked: Location to the Gillette Stadium
Disliked: TV wasn't working, staff didn't fix it after we told them. Could hear everything from the rooms above us. We had a king size bed with 3 small pillows that would barely cover a full size bed . The fridge & wall heat & cool until was very loud in the 2 night's I slept there or tried to sleep, got maybe 3-4 hours sleep if it wasn't for the chain on the door house keeping would have walked right in on us because the dead bolt didn't work do I need keep going it sucked we had 2 rooms & my friends have all the same complaints

Friendly front desk, dirty rooms

Liked: The front staff was friendly. It was close to my job.
Disliked: My room was dirty, mold in fridge and overall not a clean room. Stains and cigarettes holes in the sheets in a non smoking room. It's unfortunate that the cleaning people do a horrible job because the front desk staff are so nice.
