Disliked: For $100 a night I expected some conditioner in the shower. Old hotel not worth $100 a stay.

The downtown location is very good. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a patio just outside of the room with table and chairs. People were partying there, loudly, from about 1 to 6 am. We were glad to be there one night only. I would give a second chance in hopes of a different overall experience.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Loud guests on patio outside of room at unreasonable hours.

It was a late night and was only in the room for 4 hours to sleep but it was a great stay!

Liked: It was clean; loved the heater/air conditioner.

Hotel of Horror: Cut climbing...

Liked: Nothing about this place is worthy of a score any higher than bad. I was severely cut by a broken box spring, pertruding out. It had been there for some time due to the size of the hole. Then, the roof of the shower has caved in, and they covered the hole with particle board on top of the shower. We just left after my injury. When brought to staff attention, no concerns over injury. Their reply " Oh; you should have called us at 1 am no. My concern was stopping my bleeding, which I do have several pictures of my fiancé was appalled at staff response, no concern for our well-being. Never once we're I asked if I was I ok? Called cooperate filed complaint never heard back.So now I'm going to local media with my claim and video/pictures evidence showing just how bad this place is and management.
Disliked: Nothing I rather sleep on the sidewalk than stay here. At least I'd know the chance of danger. I'm not expecting to be cut getting into bed. Never was I reimbursed for staying nothing from staff. Booking.com I wouldn't keep recommending people stay at the dive. Bad business.
