Visit our charming oceanfront hotel and enjoy the family atmosphere and great service. We offer a free continental breakfast every morning along with a USA Today newspaper. Free bicycles are available to ride on the boardwalk or you can just relax around the outdoor swimming pool. All of our guest rooms have free wireless internet access, but most of all a great view of the ocean and the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. We are in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and surrounding activity, the Virginia Aquarium, Beach Street USA, National Historic Sights, State parks and National Wildlife Refuges, and is within easy walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Hotel is a 3 story walkup with no elevators. Pool out of order due to maintenance through 2/7.

The hotel is a very great deal for being on the beach. I was very impressed.

Pros: I was so pleased with my stay. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. Everything was within walking distance including the beach which was right out my room.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like about my stay was it was so windy that I couldn't enjoy the beach like I like on the br=edo but that has nothing to do with any one.

I didn't realize it didn't have an elevator when I reserved it. It was a little difficult handling our bags. The snack machine wasn't working. It kept spitting back the change. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of. Complimentary breakfast was good and everything was very clean looking when it was laid out. Day and night managers were all very friendly and greeted us always in an upbeat manner.

Pros: It met our needs. The staff was very nice.

Cons: The floors could have been swept better. I spoke to the manager about the dirt on the tile floor along the edges of the wall.
