Liked: Nothing really. The only thing good was that there weren't any bedbugs and the doors had two locks.
Disliked: Everything overall. The check-in was the worst check-in I have ever experienced in my life. The website and the "policy" listed in person by the clerk did not match at all. Why is there even an option to wait to pay at the property if you're just going to give the room away to someone else? That is just purely inconvenient and a stupid rule. If you are going to prioritize people who paid in advance, then there is no point in RESERVING a room. The check-in took over 20 minutes on top of the public facilities on the first floor being down and disgusting. The glass on the doors are shattered outside and the doors in the bedroom were dirty and disgusting. The facility smelled awful and the night window isn't even open half the time. It's a miserable place to be and only worth it if you are purely desperate for a place to stay. Forget the "provided breakfast." Just go to Waffle House next door because that is actually worth it. The only thing this place has going for it is the location.

Disliked: Upon arrival there was no one in the lobby for us and 3 other cars of people waiting to check in, we got into an altercation after asking someone where and how do we check in and led to a huge fist fight and police called. Worst experience ever with kids

Disliked: Everything the room was dirty and had mold and the hotub didn't work. The staff was rude . Booking said their was free breakfast included and there was not.

Disliked: The staff is very rude the housekeeping is very rude they don't like to clean up they don't come to your room to see if you need anything you stay for 2-3 days and get no service and then they complain because they got to clean up the managers rude the white lady that works in the office is racist the black guys rude the only one that is nice is the foreign guy that works in the evening time they charge you extra money when you come to the property trying to make money on the side when the booking said 71 they charge you 80 talking about it's a resort fee this ain't no resort all these mother f****** roaches crawling around in this b****this is the trick hotel
