Very nice hotel and decent breakfast. Comfortable beds and nice rooms!
Liked: After miscommunication, got a suite instead of a regular room.

During fair time (Iowa State Fair), I expected there to be small issues. They were not a problem. I was irked that they stopped stocking breakfast items at 8:30 when breakfast isn't officially over until 9. They were overwhelmed with so many fair customers but should have been better prepared from experience to handle a larger than normal breakfast crowd for the entire time.
Liked: Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Poorly stocked continental breakfast.

Liked: We didn't end up staying because of a change in my nieces diagnosis so.we didn't need to go see the specialist that time but I'm sure we will have plenty future stays due to her appointments!
Disliked: )'t like that I have not been reimbursed the payment I made for the room but upon canceling it then it should of been put right back on my card!

Very small dated rooms in...
Liked: Breakfast was very small and limited but I was happy they had decaf coffee. The bed was a little springy but still comfy. Pillows were decent.
Disliked: The room was very small. It did not have a full length mirror. I did a lot of shopping and like to try on my clothes in the room in front of a full length mirror. The main areas were basically clean, but the bathroom door was dirty on both sides. One side had a dried glob of toothpaste, the other side had an unknown glob of something that hadn't been wiped off. I think the area of town is kind of bad. It appeared that some of the people there were living there. Kind of a sketchy crowd. I felt safe with my spouse, but had I travelled alone, I would not have felt safe there.
