Disliked: Did not stay requested refund. Tv not working was there maybe 15 min. Ask for refund. Sanjay was very helpful but said new person came on duty at 930pm and could look at tv. She tried several remotes. We choose to move to another location she did not have other rooms available. Area did not seem to be best either. She refunded money and we stayed someplace else.

Disliked: Room was not cleaned. Did not receive fresh towels. Had difficulty understanding the the people behind the desk!

Bed was comfortable.

Liked: It was advertised that there was a breakfast but when we checked in we were told it was stopped about 4 months before. Don't advertise something and then not have it. It could be an issue for people like us that were expecting food and had to go find food before we continued on with our travels.
Disliked: Change your advertising online to no breakfast, just coffe and tea.

It's not as expected.

Disliked: The beds are really bad and uncomfortable. I don't like the bathroom at all.
