Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. Very close to Harper’s Ferry National Park.
Disliked: The hotel needed some updates. The stairway to the second floor was dirty with worn out carpets. The room door lock was broken off. The wall next to the bathroom had a large hole in it from the door hitting it.

Liked: Fine place to stay overnight, convenient to all we wanted to see and do. Pleasant, clean and breakfast was hot and kept full.

Liked: Good location in Harper's Ferry. Easy to access hiking trails. Nice staff. Room was old fashioned but Ok.
Disliked: The breakfast room was small, not enough tables. The tables were not cleaned and kind of sticky. During our stay in the hotel the hallway was renovated. So it looked strange (not finished) and there were stickers everywhere with "fresh paint". On the last day they actually did some spray painting in the hallway, so that it was really smelly. I assume that this odor was not healthy.
