Disliked: Noisy, since it was near I-5 and our room was facing I-5. Probably quieter rooms around the front of the motel.

Bed was not good. Had to put pillow under mattress to not roll out of bed.3 shorter on one side.

Liked: The staff is very friendly, and they have made a few improvements. The mattress was better and they shored up the railings on the second floor outside walkway.
Disliked: The place needs better ventilation and some work on fixtures like faucets, etc.

Liked: It had three locks on the door, which seemed absolutely necessary. The AC was a nice feature
Disliked: I want to preface this review by stating I'm easy to please and tend to give people/places the benefit of doubt, but I cringe about the memory of this stay. When I checked in, the front desk person was mocking the people who were in line before me-- they weren't rude or unreasonable toward her at all. When booking, I requested a downstairs room, but she was notably frustrated when I asked if that was accommodated (it wasn't, but to act upset with me for asking is a bit much). The room had peeling paint, dingy walls, and a sticky TV remote. The ice bucket's lid didn't cover the container. The refrigerator was missing multiple shelves, including from the door. Questionably clean pillows (I covered them with towels before laying down) and an old spring mattress that hurt my back: I actually thoroughly inspected for bed bugs before touching it.When an adjacent room would use their toilet, there was a roaring sound from the pipes behind my bathroom's walls. I woke up to it throughout the night. The open room, where you get ice, had appliances broken apart and spread out on its floors. Cigarette butts were everywhere; the residents were smoking from their doorways, and all areas of grass had trash on it.The positive aspect was the AC and the fact that my room's door had three locks. I wish I had taken more photos, especially of the grounds.

Will never stay here again.

TERRIBLE

Liked: Front desk people were not friendly. Tons of people hanging if out in the parking lot. Two were leaning against my drivers side so I had to load all my luggage in from the passenger side. They didnt move until after I checked out and was a few feet from my car. There were people sleeping in cars! Very intimidating and I didnt feel safe! I would never stay there again!
Disliked: Read above question. I answered in wrong spot! I would never stay at this hotel again!!!! Extremely disappointed!
