Had we known, that since our trip to Toronto was to keep an early appointment at the hospital we could have had a reduced rate. We were disappointed that we were not informed. I also feel it should not have been neccessary to pay for our stay when we booked the room nearly two months ahead of time. What would we have done if we had had to cancel. No refund probably!

Perfect location; everything was accessible and in walking distance.

Liked: The room was fairly big, clean and updated.
Disliked: The room was too warm and we could not control the thermostat at all.

AMAZING! We even got an upgrade when we got there to a newer room, just because of a birthday. Also free parking! Very nice and clean.

Disliked: * Staff at check in had issues finding my order because I used initials instead of a spelled out name, as is common in the Netherlands and a convenient way for me (I’m trans) to avoid deadnaming myself. Sadly the stuff didn’t get the hint (which I made, but could admittedly have been a bit more explicit) and kept referring to me as “Sir”. I’m willing to overlook it, because the same person gave me the free update, but it certainly wasn’t fun.
