Would come back again (Have...
Disliked: The facility itself is in need of a major overhaul. It’s a pity it has been allowed to degrade in this manner but it needs paint, new carpets, wood working and more

Functional, accessible and reasonable VFM
Liked: Conveniently located to suit my travel needs with onsite parking. Rooms were huge, by European standards.
Disliked: The floor above my ground floor room was very creaky and I could hear every movement of the occupants of the room above as they were very active and it was somewhat difficult to get to sleep because of the noise. Other residents were having loud conversations in the corridor outside my room in the very early hours of the morning, 0300, which didn’t help getting a good night sleep.

It was very nice.
Liked: We were lucky to get a suite. This allowed me to entertain my sister while my husband visited his family in a nearby town.
Disliked: The only downside is that since the Pandemic the East Norwich Inn has not brought back the cafe or snack nook. At one time they had a little room with a little fridge where you could get coffee and tea as well as yogurt. This was changed to a free breakfast cafe, which had similar breakfast choices as the was bigger hotels, as well as free coffee, tea, hot water, and yogurt that patrons could access anytime during their stay. This is no longer available, but there is a Single-Cup Keurig and mini fridge in each room. We brought our own K-cups and creamers and found a wonderful bagel shop across the street. The lack of a free breakfast does not bother us too much because the price, location, and comfort of the Inn are all that really matter.
