Bad, disappointing to say the...

Disliked: My key didn’t work the first time. After that, I got in but my room was also occupied! The next day, my key wouldn’t work. One lady took my id to look me up, the other lady then asked me for it while the other still had it. They were rude, something happened on the 2nd floor and they were yelling at a guest for trying to walk past them to the elevator (Sunday night).

Nice breakfast, but other guests...

Liked: Breakfast and sun room, nice staff, excellent shower, TV channel selection, radio, Keurig, and phone, plenty of parking, proximity to freeway and restaurants and ease of maneuvering in parking lot, business computer to print out directions/boarding passes
Disliked: Hot water dispenser was broken (for making tea); lime-green walls, no Gidean's Bible in drawers, loud barking in the hallway, loud talking in neighboring rooms and loud music in room next door after 10 pm.

Poor standards of cleanliness

Liked: Front Desk staff was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond! Comfy bed.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms due to horrendous smell in the room I booked. Front desk was very helpful and understanding. The cleanliness in the room and the hotel though was subpar! The corridors have probably not been vacuumed in a very long time. Bathroom and floors were dirty, floors and furniture had severe wear and tear even though the interior looks new and modern. The toilet in my room was disgusting! There are some questionable guests staying at this hotel who behave like savages.
