Liked: Pool deck is nice
Disliked: The room was not clean at all. Floors , bathrooms, comforters not washed.

It was a bad experience...

Liked: Location on the beach was the only redeeming factor and the staff upon check in was pleasant!
Disliked: It was dirty, doors were broken or in poor repair. Secondary or the chain lock on the door was broken… I was charged a premium to stay there through booking.com. We found out the price of the property rental on the properties website was half what I was charged…

Liked: The room faced the beach.The bathroom and rest of room was clean.The refrigerator was in working order.The area where motel is located is nice.
Disliked: I did not like that I didn't get the type of room I booked, my room had no patio or balcony like I paid for.I did not like that I got an email confirming my request for ground floor but was told on arrival that my room was reserved for third floor and they had no ground floor available.I did not like having to settle for second floor and climb stairs with bad knees and balance issues, there is no elevator.

Exceptional

Liked: It is an excellent on Ormond Beach. The views yiu wake up to every morning are excellent.
Disliked: It's not a dis like but we hoped they had an iron in the rooms somewhere.

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: The noise at night, but we risked it going in at spring break

Liked: That it had beach access
Disliked: My room was nasty, stuff on the shower floor that was easily wiped up by me, toilet brush was just laying on bathroom floor. There was hair, trash on the bathroom floor, headboards was nasty with running spots n white stuff on them.
