Overall a great experience.

Liked: Great location. Staff was courteous and very attentive. Rooms were clean and very modern. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay but...

Liked: Friendly Staff and a great location, close to Central Park, Times Square and Broadway. Subway access on the corner so easy access to transport. Comfortable beds and modern clean bathroom facilities.
Disliked: We asked to shift rooms after a few days as our original room was dark with poor lighting and had the windows blacked out, it was also tiny, not even enough room to have a suitcase on the floor and walk past the bed. We had to stack them on the small, fixed desk to walk past the bed. The windows had been blacked out because there was a construction site outside of them. The work crews started yelling and an excavator with a jackhammer started at 07:15 every day. Everything in the room rattled and this went all day on weekdays. We moved to a much larger room on the front of the building that was more what we had expected based on the room description and size when we booked.

Everyone was warm and helpful....
