Disliked: $35 daily amenity fee seems a little steep. Also minor points, but the coffee machines on our floor were not working and the bar stops serving at 11pm on weekdays.

Nightmare.

Liked: The bedding was dirty and bloodstains on the bedding cover. Multiple staff members were spoken to. Multiple times on our floor people had room service outside door and left out in hallways for multiple hours. Staff was spending more time coming on and off hallway making themselves coffee and taking snacks yet the basic cleanliness has gone down hill. The staff also treated us like a number and we have stayed at the property before. We were also treated worse because the staff mentioned multiple times we booked through booking.com. We were also told to book through hotel. We wonder if this would have impacted our stay. It’s clear that loyalty to costumers that stayed during the start of the hotel does not matter. It is also clear that there is no concern on sustainable practices to keep qaulity of rooms up. The staff laughing when we left at checkout was also unprofessional and we mine as well stayed at the Holiday Inn. Clearly there is more emphasis on appealing to influencers. So sad as we have enjoyed a stay previously and did not have this experience.
Disliked: Cleanliness. I honestly worry if I brought home bedbugs or got sick. Also the staff we felt like a number. It is clear the priority is the influencers and wedding guest.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic...

Liked: Fantastic spot with welcoming staff and beautiful rooms. Lots of special touches that made the stay even more memorable. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms large and luxurious. I loved the water, ice, coffee and tea available right outside my door.
Disliked: The rooms were tight and had we been staying longer, I would have appreciated a closet. I had lots of full length dresses that covered the night stand.

Liked: LocationValet parking guy was very nice. He was the only one who was nice.
Disliked: No services. No amenities. Despite a $35 amenities fee. Our room had 2 floors but It did not have a luggage rack, so you had to put suitcase on the floor. No coffee machine in room. No breakfast provided. You had to pay for EVERYTHING. We would never stay here again.
