Was disappointed in the hotel in general. The parking was frustrating, as I had left to go get gas, came right back and was refused entry into an empty lot due to an event the next day - so I had to park and walk a very long distance in the middle of the night alone. I was also not impressed at all with the cleanliness or helpfulness of the staff when asking them simple questions. I would expect it to be a better experience, considering I have stayed in much nicer, much less expensive places. I will never recommend or stay here again!

The staff were very helpful and polite. We like the decor of the train station. We would stay again. Rooms were comfortable.

If driving, search for parking on nearby streets especially on weekends.

Union Station is very depressed looking. I wouldn't want to stay there again.
