Exceptional

Not worth the price

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.
Disliked: we booked a king room with balcony upon arrival we were told we booked a standard king (I even showed him the booking on my phone) and that the only room left with a balcony was a double room with 2 double beds. The evening receptionist seemed annoyed with my question. Dinner was okay the waiter was nice and breakfast was okay. The pool area was defiantly outdated and wasn't as nice as the pictures depict. Our room was okay but very outdated.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: My room was downgraded as staff agve our balcony room away. Did charge me less per nightmare but told me the new nightly charge was $219 before taxes. The first night was charged $259 and not not $219. The floor we were on had several teenagers being very loud after midnight. Walking the halls and being loud and hitting walls. Woke my son up rook me over 2 hours to get him back to sleep. I received a msg asking about my stay. Told the staff in my reply what happened. They replied that the charges for the first night would be removed. I do not see that reflecting yet.

Disliked: There were MANY you g kids running through the hallways at night, VERY NOISY, POOL CLOSED, NO coffee ready in the morning at 7:00 until we asked is there coffee??? Then about 10 minutes later it appeared.

Liked: Location was fine. The breakfast is WAY overpriced. So we didn't even bother to get breakfast. With a family of 5 the bill would have been over $50 which is rediculous.
Disliked: Our room was terrible. There were boogers on the shower curtain and the toilet took 3 flushes to get anything to go down. We will NEVER stay at this location again. Next time we will stay at the Holiday Inn.
