Liked: We were actually given a two bedroom suite, with a view of the ocean! This just made the vacation even more Awesome!

Liked: Location to airport Staff was helpful
Disliked: The Sink in room drained so slow it was useless.Used tub water. Though I checked in early, I didn't discover an issue until sleep time.I didn't have time to address the issues with the management as I needed to sleep, so I couldn't have maintenance in the room. I chose this hotel so I wouldn't experience glitches. For an upscale hotel, the room was more like a so-so motel. Yes,, I said Motel

Disliked: The bathrooms were not very clean… the rooms were kind of smelly not very clean

Liked: Across the street from the airport. Our reservations were not received by the hotel. The first person that "helped" us was slow, no eye contact and barely cordial. The next person, two hours later was great.
Disliked: This is a massive facility. I count my steps every day so this was a plus for me. For others, there may be a fair amount of walking to and from your car, lobby etc.

Disliked: It wasn't clear on the booking site that long term parking needed to be booked ahead of our arrival.

Liked: room was clean and housekeeping and front desk personnel were very helpful
Disliked: key card coding; initially could not access room, after calling for help from the front desk (housekeeping person assisted with house phone) a security person came, initially he acted very smug like i wasn't intelligent enough to operate the key card, then after trying with both my key cards and failing he opened the door with his master key, held the door open still with a visual attitude that is was my fault, but i had to return to desk to have cards recoded. i had to have the card recoded multiple times for access and regress of the parking area. each time the desk personnel were helpful but the gate actuator malfunctioned. sink and shower water temp whole different problem, mostly cold with sporadic lukewarm
