Liked: The staff and manager was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay the best we have had in 10 years.

Disappointing

Liked: Cookies were good bed was comfortable
Disliked: They assigned us a room already occupied. Coffee maker didn’t work. No one was in the restaurant when we came down for breakfast and we had to go to the front desk to have them find staff. Very expensive breakfast.

Overall we loved it and...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant is right beside the river making for a very pleasant way to start the day.
Disliked: We had a minor issue with hot water, and the internet speed was only adequate.

Liked: I loved the view and the food. Everyone was nice and professional.
Disliked: Nothing I love this hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Liked: The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and getting around
Disliked: The swimming pool was to cold. The reason we chose to stay at this hotel, was so our grandkids could enjoy swimming. They did not get to swim.

Great stay but pay for...

Liked: Nice river views and balconies. Big rooms! Dog friendly! good on-site pool and Restaurants/bar.
Disliked: $12.00 for parking at the hotel. This is unreasonable.

Liked: Spacious, clean room. Free coffee in the lobby. Excellent breakfast.

Meh

Liked: Food was pretty good. I liked having the lounge. I liked it was walking distance to the train.
Disliked: It just feels like it needs a refresh. Sorta dark/dingy. Noisy room. The fabrics all need replaced-like the booths, curtains, chairs
