Liked: The only thing we liked about this hotel, outside of the location, is the bartender . She was personable, friendly and professional.
Disliked: The bed was hard,like sleeping on the floor.There was hair on the pillows & under the sheets.The bathroom was not cleaned There was dust all over the vanity. The back of the bathroom door was stained.The credit card machine in the bar didn't work.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The beds werent as comfortable as other Doubletree hotels Ive stayed in.

Liked: Clean, large room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The bathroom was super tight. Some of the finishes in the bathroom were rough and not in line with a 4-star hotel.

Disliked: Room was dirty - carpet had debris everywhere, when beds were pulled down for inspection there was what appeared to be dog food pieces. Bathrooms need updated - missing caulk etc

Liked: Its location near major roads and Charlottesville downtown, bar/dining area and fitness area.
Disliked: My 1st room didn't have hot water in the morning. It also had a lot of traffic noise. The maintenance staff tried to fix the water problem but couldn't so the desk gave me a new room that resolved the hot water and noise issues.

Perfect stay for the price.

Liked: Front staff was absolutely incredible and welcoming. Good work!
