DIRTY AND OVERPRICED.

Liked: I like the location, being close to the airport is a big plus. The size of the room was nice and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: It looked clean on the surface but I could see how dirty it was the longer we stayed. There was a huge stain on the side of the mattress that was covered. They are also gouging parking fees when they don’t even have a garage. At least if it was a garage, I know my car would be protected. The staff also took my travel blanket and when I asked if anyone turned it in they said they saw it in the kitchen somewhere.

Please have towels available for...

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: My room cleanliness was not good there was a stain on the wall near the toilet paper, there was a syringe cap on the floor near right side of the bed and there weren’t towels available until the second day of my stay. I asked when I arrived and we were told that when they were ready they would bring them up, never received we called in the morning was told we have to wait until after 9 to request towels, my husband went downstairs and asked around 10 still no towels at 2 we heard the housekeeping and she had only one set and she graciously gave us that one to share. That was terrible!

Cold weather effects room conditions

Liked: Hotel appeared clean
Disliked: When I entered the room the air conditioner was blowing and it makes a very loud fan noise. Then there was No hot water, and only 1 towel per person. . When I called the front desk regarding the hot water issue I explained the problem and the excuse was it was cold outside. (Pardon me but, I come from Colorado...cold is not an excuse) I told her at that time she should probably have told us when we check in there wasn't any hot water. She said well she just found out from engineering very curtly to me and then hung up on me. Frankly I was pretty infuriated at the time and decided that I wouldn't take it up with anybody because it wouldn't do any good at that point in time and I needed to cool off. We went down and talked to the different lady at the front desk and she told us that we needed to run the water for 35 minutes in order to get it to be hot in the room. In the water crunch we're in in the United States now and especially back west where I come from that's not an excuse. The following day I stopped in at the front desk before we left for our destination and asked for additional towels, I asked the front desk for more towels and he left for about 5 minutes And when he returned he explained to me that they were still being laundered and that he would bring up a bag of towels and hang them on my door later when they were completed. When we got back to the room there were no towels on the door there were never any towels on the door not even overnight where there any towels on the door ever. The whole stay was A fiasco. I would like to be contacted about this as soon as possible.

Disliked: Had to be at airport early , absolutely no coffee until 6:30 am , we were in lobby at 5:30 waiting for shuttle at 6am would have been nice to have a coffee while waiting , bathroom trim was all broken , tap was backwards

Disliked: Dirty..no hot water. Refrigerator didn't work..noisy elevator cables even though we were 3 room away staff has heard all complaints before and don't care. Mold in showers. Terrible hotel

Disliked: Literally the worst stay I had in Years.. charging my card unnecessarily.. no complimentary breakfast like advertised just terrible. Oh yeah the elevator didnt work
