Disliked: How much it did not live up to the 4 stars that I paid for. The furniture is lacking and antiquated. The bathroom left a lot to be desired, with flimsy plastic toilet seats. The floors were creaky so I could hear the neighbors.

Liked: I loved the proximity to Disneyland and other venues in Anaheim. The check-in process was easy with very friendly employees.
Disliked: The parking lot would not open its gate without pushing a button and calling the front desk. The keycard does not activate the exit gate. Also, the restaurant did not offer the breakfast I usually eat and like, which would have been nova scotia lox.

Never coming back

Liked: The property was beautiful. The pool was kinda disappointing but the eating area was beautiful at night wish pool would flow with the food area.
Disliked: The bathroom was not good the tub was dirty and looked like someone took a hammer to it. Was dusty in room. The fridge stunk I had to bleach it out my self. The staff that I walked up to when I first got to hotel was not helpful I had had already payed 600 dollars to stay there. I called to see what the deposit was going to be before I arrived. They said after looking at my reservation 50 dollars. Then I get there and they want 150. I’m a single mom so I was planning ahead so I knew what kinda of budget I needed. So I get there and my card would not work for 150 cause I was told 50 they would not let me in are room. I have kids with me. Nobody was willing to help me come up with a solution. Didn’t care that we flew in knew nobody’s at all had a brand new baby with me.The other staff were nice and helpful. You have pay for parking everyday 28 dollars a day

2-star rooms, 4-star restaurant and...

Liked: The proximity to Disneyland is very good - about 10 minutes away. Also, only 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Valet parking, a nice restaurant and bar, as well as a Starbucks.
Disliked: The rooms are very basic - on par with a 2 or 3 star hotel. Beds are average in comfortability. Walls are thin. Decor and theme are a bit dated. Elevators need more maintenance. Staff miscommunications lead to no housekeeping and no parking access for half of our stay. Trash cans throughout the hotel were rarely emptied. Trash was overflowing from them. The hotel is located immediately next to a hospital, so sirens can be heard at all hours of the day and night. We were woken up constantly due to the noise.
