Liked: Customer service. Lobby was great.
Disliked: Rooms were not up to par with the expectation from the lobby and price of the stay. Bathroom had no vent fan and the water temperature both times we used the shower fluctuated greatly and didn’t give hot water some of the time.

Liked: We had 2 rooms. One bed in each room had dirty sheets, they brought up clean sheets and laid the outside our door; stuff on the floor, potatoe chips in drawer, bathroom floor sticky, bathroom door squeaked very loudly. Very dissatisfied

Liked: Just everything! We had went to another hotel before double tree,& it was disgusting all around! So we left and spent the rest of the weekend at Double Tree! So welcoming and comfortable at Double Tree! Loved it,& would definitely come back again!!!

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very kind and friendly.
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the pool area making it impossible to set anything down while you swim for fear of them getting in your clothing. So we were unable to use the pool and when you have children, a pool is an important part of your stay

Disliked: Roaches at the pool , I had approximately 10bites all over my body .

Liked: Rooms were very clean Staff was nice and welcoming Breakfast was good
Disliked: The bed was a little uncomfortable seems like they are in need of an upgrade on the beds well at least the room I was staying in
