I would like to let people know that they need to check under the beds, in the closets and in the drawers to make sure nobody has left them an unwanted surprise.

Disliked: Housekeeping or someone got into our room and left their dirty underwear in the room - a man and woman's pair of underwear. Disgusting.

Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi weren’t available and I called before my reservation They charge me twice , and still haven’t received it yet Parking was dirty, and with no security cámaras very old elevator felt unsafe.

Liked: I checked in at 7 ish, the lady at the front desk was VERY NICE and accommodating. Claudine maybe? Had a great time here. Plan on staying here for my future visits and family vacations.
Disliked: Maybe just that breakfast isnt included normally. And paying for parking. Other then that, everything was great .

Liked: It was close to everything. Our drive to the zoo was short and there was a lot of food options nearby. Their breakfast menu was also good. The staff were friendly in the front desk.
Disliked: The room was not clean. We got a double bed room and the fitted sheets on one of the beds were dirty. We asked for shower gel as the one in the shower was empty. It took 4 hours for us to get it. We ended up using shampoo as shower gel because we had to leave already.

Liked: The staff was excellent! Very kind and accommodating. Excellent communication!
Disliked: I feel like the property itself could use sprucing up. I feel like in a couple years it's going to look run down. No matter how well it gets cleaned, the furniture, flooring, and walls will still look old.
