Couldn't ask for better service, from a warm cookie at check-in to free lemonade in the lobby. Room was clean, upscale, well maintained and exceeded my expectations at a surprisingly affordable rate. Would stay there again without thinking twice!

Liked: Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.
Disliked: There is nothing they could improve on.

Wouldn't Stay Again

Liked: The location was nice and close to the mall and many restaurants.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. As soon as we walked in there was an ugly brown couch with a bunch of stains on it and it only got worse. When we took the cushions off to pull the bed out, there were even more stains. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned because there was hair in the sink

Liked: I loved the lobby, the cleanliness, the location , the value for that luxury experience.
Disliked: The pool is outside and seasonal. No hot tub. The staff upfront were a little rude. asked for towels and it took forever. asked for towels and they said okay and I asked are you going to ask me how many and she said well there are 2 guests that are supposed to be in the room. well it's me, 1 guest and I need 3 towels for my personal hygiene routine.
