Liked: Friendly staff; shuttle service to concert.
Disliked: No snack vending machines on floor. Breakfast order incorrect. Not a great view of city.

It was nice to have bottled water in room and extra pillows. TV was nice size. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay - very comfortable bed and room, and great staff.

Overall, the hotel stay was OK. When we arrived at the hotel AFTER check-in time, our room was not ready. We were compensated with free breakfat buffet passes. The hotel hallways and elevator were very humid and warm (but it was 101 degrees outside)

Disliked: The room was very dated. The bed spread was stained, TV was not working. Shower had mold and rust stains. Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.
