The air conditioning unit was loud and not cooling well. This may be the reason the room had a very slight musty smell.

Liked: Hotel staff was great. Location is great.

Liked: Perfect location.
Disliked: No fridge in room, pillows too flat, you can’t take a shower because the water gets cold super fast, way too noisy.

Liked: Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.
Disliked: Small beds and very uncomfortable pillows.The room with two beds is very tiny.

Other then the bed issue....

Liked: The close distance to the event we were attending. Sam he was very nice and went above and behind his job description. He came and brought us new clean sheets and made our bed.
Disliked: That’s when we arrived in the room. I pulled the covers back and found nasty tissue under our sheet. Called to let staff know first thing said was we have no more room. Second call didn’t get the sheets so you can change the sheets. I did not come to be on a mini vacation to change my own sheets and make my own bed on vacation. Not pleased by that as a Hilton member.

Liked: The location to restaurants was helpful. The bathroom was the perfect size and had all the items required. Enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner brand. The TV was large, and the wi-fi worked as expected. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. The meal offered was standard and plentiful.
Disliked: The pillows were awful. Very uncomfortable due to losing shape. Not at all supportive. There was no mini fridge and the ice maker was out of order for my entire stay. I missed having a cold drink k available over night. The lighting. Even in the bathroom was insufficient and uneven.
