Disliked: Mold on the A/C register; website said there was a hot tub and there wasn't. Pool was supposed to be heated it wasn't. Rude employees.

I would not come back to stay here ever again. Our room had a very bad smell. Really would like to know why the hotel thinks it's worth charging people $17.00 per day to park - they don't take responsibility for anything lost in any vehicles etc., so where do they get off charging that much to park on their own property. We pay enough for the rooms with the bad smells. I should also mention to everyone that there are train tracks right behind you, and noise from that every night.

This was a great experience. I would definitely go there again - 5 star treatment.

Disliked: They charge for breakfast and parking and supposedly to be free plus for some reason in the system they keep my husband credit for past travels Card and they charged to this credit card but he didn't travel with me and I paid with my card they didn't charged double but is bad that they decide to do this

Disliked: The cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room one day. When we asked one of them, they said they were alone they cannot do it and they need to go home soon. They also put a “don’t disturb” sign on our door for some reason. This was too unprofessional. We also shared this with the reception at the check out and they didn’t seem to care. Also the elevators are always busy. If you stay at the upper floors, it may take minutes to get to yours as it stops on almost all floors

Disliked: It never once said you had to pay $30 per day to park. There was absolutely no street parking for bigger trucks that did not fit in the parking garage. The air in the room did not blow. The whole room was hot. Besides the corner we're actually blue at.

Liked: The downtown location was great. The lobby is impressive, with art all around. The breakfast was exceptionally fantastic. The rooms and hallways smelled great.
Disliked: The hotel was a bit pricey.
